Overwatch Shorts are finally coming out! /
After a very long journey we are finally here. Countless tests and prototypes and a lot of people working very hard to get us here today. Overwatch will be released to the public on May 24th. For those of you who are not part of our Beta, I can assure you it is a fantastic game. We cannot stop playing it at the office.
Also part of our roll out to the world we have begun to release our Overwatch Shorts of which I have been lucky enough to be a part of.
Our first offering is "Recall" where I got to be the Animation Lead/Supervisor on. Directed by Ben Dai.
Update:
Our second up is "Alive" where my counter part Ricardo Biriba was the Animation Lead/Supervisor. Directed by Jeramiah Johnson.
Update:
Our third offering is "Dragons" where I again got to be the Animation Lead/Supervisor on. Directed by Ben Dai.
Update:
Our fourth up is "Hero" where my counter part Ricardo Biriba was the Animation Lead/Supervisor. Directed by Jeramiah Johnson.
Update:
Our Intro to Overwatch is "Are You With Us?" where my counter part Ricardo Biriba was the Animation Lead/Supervisor. Directed by Aaron Chan.
Update:
Our fifth is "The Lastion Bastion" where I began as the Animaiton Lead/Supvisor but, just as we got the show off the ground I went on paternity leave. So I handed the show over to Ricardo Biriba for the majority of the production. He did a fantastic job with our amazing team of animators as usual. Directed by Ben Dai.
Update:
Our sixth offering is "Infiltration" where I again got to be the Animation Lead/Supervisor on. Directed by Doug Gregory.
Update:
This teaser, "We Are Overwatch," was released prior to the launch of Overwatch. We were working on this at the same time as "Recall." Animation Lead/Supervisor, Ricardo Biriba. Directed by Jeff Chamberlain.
Update:
Lastly, here is the original announcement piece we did for Blizzcon 2014. Animaiton Lead/Supvisor, Ricardo Biriba. Directed by Jeff Chamberlain.
